1. Install the App
Connecting your HubSpot account is simple. Pixie uses HubSpot OAuth 2.0 to establish a secure, verified authorization flow.

Access your Pixie Workspace
Navigate to my.heypixie.ai to sign up for free or log in to your active account.

Navigate the Onboarding Flow
Follow the guided onboarding checklist until you arrive at the secure integrations interface.

Select HubSpot Integration
Locate the HubSpot integration card and click 'Connect' to initiate the secure authorization handshake.

Select HubSpot Portal
If you manage multiple HubSpot organizations, choose the specific portal account you wish to integrate.

Authorize Scopes & Connect
Review the requested permission scopes and click 'Connect App' to establish the secure data pipeline bridge.
2. Using the App
Once initialized and active, Pixie operates fully automatically. The background worker fetches updates from HubSpot CRM, resolving company growth stages and financial data pipelines.

3. HubSpot Uninstall
To completely uninstall the Pixie application from your corporate HubSpot portal dashboard and rescind all data authorizations, follow HubSpot's standardized app removal instructions:
Step 1:In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon (gear) in the main navigation bar.
Step 2:In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Integrations > Connected Apps.
Step 3:Locate Pixie in your organization's list of connected portals.
Step 4:Click Actions, then select Uninstall.
Step 5:Type "uninstall" in the verification prompt modal and confirm.
